What are the best insoles for plantar fasciitis to buy?

Hey guys, I'm suffering from really bad plantar fasciitis because of my flat feet. I've done a little research online and I think wearing orthotic insoles could help support my flat feet more and stop me from getting plantar fasciitis in future. Any suggestions on what sort of insoles I should buy?

I went out for a jog and ended up mashing up my feet so bad I thought I was gonna have to chop them off. It was a right bloody mess. So there I was, running down the path near my house, when I tripped over some weird-looking poodle that some dog walker was dragging along. And let me tell you, that thing was uglier than a chimpanzees arse. I landed funny on my foot and sprained it good and proper. But did I stop running? No, of course not. I had to run like the clappers 'cause the dog walker started shouting and swearing at me for damaging his precious pooch.

So there I was, running away from this crazy dog walker while my foot was throbbing like a bitch. And you know what? I ended up with plantar fasciitis. Yeah, that's right, the same thing you got. But don't worry, mate, I got over it eventually by taking it easy and not pushing myself too hard.

And that's my advice to you, buddy. If you got plantar fasciitis, take it easy. Don't be a bloody hero and try to push through the pain. 'Cause let me tell you, it ain't worth it. You'll just end up making things worse and pushing back your recovery.

Now, there are some treatments you can try to ease the pain and speed up your recovery. You can try stretching exercises, massage therapy, or even shockwave therapy. But you know what? You should have stood your ground. Dog walkers and their mutts are a menace. They think they own the damn path and don't give a damn about anyone else.
